Is the NFL Declining?

This new kickoff rule has really set off a lot of Nfl fans and with the lockout situation,  some believe the Nfl is not as great as it was. Some think that the Nfl is taking safety to the next level. With the possibility of no gridiron this season, what sport will you watch/follow?

just because its a lockout doesnt mean its declining. this isnt even close its obviously still the best league out there.
